Carol (Rogers) Pitula

Carol was assigned to Wards 5 & 6 when she arrived at the 24th in February of 1970.  Ted Friedhoff was head nurse of the Neurosurgical Unit at that time.  In September she transferred to the ER.

These are some candid shots Carol has contributed from her year at the 24th Evac.  She was there from February 1970 to February 1971.

"The silly picture of me and Val (on left) Biskey by the 24th Evac sign was probably April or May '70, since she came a month after me."

It's either morning or evening, does anyone know for sure?  Does anyone know where Val might be now?

Here are Laura Green, Carol Koniskey and Carol Rogers outside the Nurses' Hootch.  Laura may have been sunbathing.

Here are Carol, Carol, Laura and Teddi, on a helipad somewhere in Southeast Asia.  Where is St. Kilda? And what is Teddi's last name?

Time for fun!  This time in the 'O' club, it's Carol and Madelyn Aswad surrounding Harris Smulin.  Wonder what this occasion was.

Here are Jill Mishkel and Steve Stout - getting ready for a costume party, do you think?  If anyone can shed light here, or knows where either of these fun-loving kids are, let the Webmaster know.
